2000 Excursion 7.3l Missing

First off thanks for all the great info on this site. I have been trolling here for a while but decided it is time to post my problem.

I have a 2000 7.3l excursion that is running rough when warm. Here are the things I have done so far.

I picked up AutoEnginuity ran some test with the following results.

p0279 Cyl 7 injector circuit low
p1271 Cyl #1 high low side open
p1273 Cyl #3 high low side open
p1275 Cyl #5 high low side open
p1277 Cyl #7 high low side open

I replaced the CPS also

I did the buzz test and did not notice any difference in the injector sounds.

I have replaced the gasket on that side and also the internal wiring (to the glow plugs and injectors) and even spliced in a new external connector. It was a kit at autozone that has all the wiring also.

When cold it is fine but one warm it idles very rough.

I went through the harness again and got all the codes fixed. Now my AE software is throwing no codes but my rig is still missing.

I also kept it revved at 2000 rpms to see if it would miss there also and sure enough it does.

Well thought I would post my fix for the next guy. It was my ipr was bad. It was not throwing a code I just swapped it out since it was next in line.
