2001 f350 front brake issue

2001 F350 7.3

Both front brake calipers locked so I took them all apart and re-greased the slides and everything looked ok untill today when they locked up again. Should I replace the calipers because they have 188,000 on them or should I look into the master cylinder as the problem?. I have to replace everything now as it is because they were heated to red. Any Advice on what to look at or do first?
Thanks for all advice!

Did you make sure that both pistons where able to be pushed in when you had the calipers off? I've seen alot of these trucks with calipers sticking.

Yes they seemed to work good but I think they have lived long enough and they are failing now. Thanks

Do you think both sides would lock up at the same time though?

I had one truck that I replaced all 4 calipers for a stuck piston and have replaced multiple calipers on the several trucks. So it is very possible for 2 calipers to be sticking.
