cold air intake?

A year ago I purchased a cold air intake, recently I have noticed a increase in turbo flutter. I cleaned the oil filter but it didn't seem to help. I was going to purchase a non oil air filter. But my wife needs to borrow my vehicle this weekend so I decided to put back the stock air box, but I cut a hole behind the front grill, so now I have a ram air intake and I have plenty of air and power, but no turbo surge. So whats the deal should I replace the oil air filter with a non oil one or leave the factory air box? Should I look at replacing the turbo wheel or leave it?

i personally would leave the turbo alone and go with the donaldson severe duty air box myself......that should give you the best of all worlds without draining the pocket book too much....
