99 No Start Codes

So here's what happened drove home from poconos 2hr drive fine
parked truck, took off tw chip from pcm needed to send to get reburnt, key may have been on..
plugged pcm back in bolted everything up....

next morning go to start truck sounds like it has no compression
now i know a couple of these are probably from my chip but heres what i got
P0472
P0107
P0123
P0381
P0603....

WTS light works oil pressure goes up after about 5 or 6 seconds of cranking. rpm's do not move... is it possible i fried the PCM..? I ran a buzz test and all sounded the same when cranking ICP pressure does not move, i drained the fuel bowl and filled it with diesel 911 noticed after several long cranks the diesel 911 is still in the fuel bowl, so no im wondering is it the fuel pump

any ideas, thanks
