Radio and gauges cut out while driving

So I have had this problem happen 4 times so far and wondering if I could get a bit of help.

Driving down the road, all systems normal. Radio shuts off, gauges all drop. Everything else keeps working. Half a second later, radio comes back, gauges cycle, and go back to normal.

What should I check?

Truck is completely stock with 250k besides an Alpine double din flip out CD player. I don't know if the problem was here or not before swapping in the deck because I did that on the 2nd week I had the truck. I know the CD player is installed properly using a plug-in harness, all connections soldered and heat shrinked. I don't think its a problem with the deck.
