Missing turbo bolt

It seems common for bolts to fall out of these turbos. I have located the part number which is 1822779C91 but no dealers around me have them. Does anyone know what size they are?

Which bolt is it? Is it the one on the back side of the pedestal?

Between the cartride and the exhaust housing. Ford says the same as the ones that hold the cold side on but cannot tell me what size. There is a cat dealer dealer the street that stocks good bolts but I need to know what size.
