EBV delete question
I have a gutted pedestal, along with the valve cut out. My question is, is it necessary to have the back pressure tube and sensor?

Good question. I would think the PCM still uses it for other operations, but idk.

Just saw my back pressure tube was rotted wondering if I need a new tube or can I just plug the manifold

This is the same thing I'm wondering at the moment

After reading another thread I'd replace it. The PCM still uses the EBP sensor for other calculations.
