02 F350 Headlight Issue

I just bought an 02 F350 Powerstroke 4x4 and the headlights were working fine. It has the automatic headlight switch in the headlight switch.

I was driving the truck and the headlights were on, pulled in to a station and turned off the truck. Noticed the headlights were on when I restarted it so I turned them off. Now, they will not come back on at all....they won't work either on the automatic setting or the manual setting. The parking lights work fine and the fog lights work fine but no headlights.

Does this sound like it would be the headlight switch or the multifunction switch in the turn signal?
