Engine needed!

Believe it, never knew it. There's a special additive for your anti-freeze/coolant that you need to be adding in every year. After 250K on my 02' 7.3 powerstroke turbo, I'm finding out the hard way. Additive protects the cylinder walls. Yep, cracked cylinder wall. Shop says basically new engine. True? Was suppose to have it on corner 2 weeks ago for sale. Now what? Suggestions? Used engines?

It's a corrosion inhibitor it should be used on every engine if you ask me but that's my 2 cents I got a long block shipped to my door for about $3400

Do you have any ideas on a good site for 7.3 powerstroke engines?
