2000 f 250 problem

2000 f 250 7.3 liter .... when i get to about 45 to 55 mph the truck starts to sort of shake and the harder you press the fuel pedal the harder it shakes not allowing me to go any faster. now even when it is sitting still its blowing some white smoke...and a lil white smoke coming from under the hood. anyone have any idea what this could be.

might want to look at the trubo has it gotten louader at an idle?

not really. i think it might be an injector. ill find out soon, .
