Converter Vibration?

Hope you guys can help me diagnose this one. My truck has high frequency vibration and noise at roughly 1200 RPM. This occurs when driven and when in park. The engine seems to run smooth through the vibration, which leads me to believe that the torque converter may have issues, but I've never experienced this type issue.

I had this on my 97....believe it or not, I replaced the serpentine belt, tensioner and idlers....the truck smoothed out completely!
Maybe, worth a look on yours?

I would check the belt they are neglacted alot. That is until they break. How ever the TC has been known to cause a vibration. Another thing to check is the Flywheel.
