Injector question?

I have a 2000 350 PS. it has the simptom's that alot of people have run into on here.. ( hard starting when cold, lacking power until it warm's up, missing up to 2k rpm's then smooth's out for the most part... )
has any one tried to pull the injector's out and clean them with something like B12 cemtool or another cleaner like that?

Im getting CEL with 2 code's.
( P1316 Injector circuit/IDM codes detected )
( P1670 EF signal not detected )

I plan on replacing the UVWH some time tomorrow. the glow plug's ohm'd out fine. on thing I did notice when running it hooked up with AE is the HPOP pressure was showing 3400 at idle and you tap the gas and it would peg out at 5500.... at around 1k RPM's and then dope back down after about 5 seconds. at 70mph it hang's around 1600 after it's warmed up completly.

I know thats not right but what would cause that? maybe plugged oil port's on the injector's?

any idea's?

For sure check the UVCH on both sides. That is probably your P1316. As far as your ICP numbers, unplug the ICP sensor and see if there is oil in the plug.

ok problem solved..
Replaced the UVCH and glow plug's. ( They where the stock plugs )
Ran a buzz test with valve cover's of and got nothing from injector's # 1,2 and 6
replaced those 3 injector's and it fired up and is running smooth again.
after I put every thing back together I ran all scan's and test's over again.
oil pressure is back to normal... I did check all plug's and connector's on the HPOP and ever thing looked good no oil in any of then..

thank's for the tip though.. With the miles I put on this truck it is going to happen one of these day's..
