Truck still has white smoke after dealer visit=(

So i had another post on here about how my truck was still smoking. Has white smoke coming out of it every morning and the fumes smell sweet.

Now i already replaced the Glow plug relay with the new and better one in the mod that's been floating around.

I took it to the ford dealer to have them look at it.

I got it back 2 days later and they said there was nothing wrong with it. No leaks, no busted gaskets. No leaking antifreeze, nothing!

So i still don't know what could cause this.

Here's my guess, could it maybe need new glow plugs?
