7.3 Cold Start

I have a 2001 f350 7.3 and it just does not want to start in the cold. I'v had to plug it in for a couple months now, i changed the relay and all the glow plugs and it still chugs and dies when not plugged in. What else could it be?

Low compression, you may have gotten a bad GPR, bad under valve cover harness or you need injectors.

I have actually got a bad GPR relay it worked maybey once then fried. I replaced it under warranty and works fine now.

Does it start, run for a few seconds, then choke and die? If so, does cranking it again produce a successful restart?
