I have a 2000 ford f350 powerstroke while i was installing my hypertech it turned off at 99% a few seconds later it turned back on but the hypertech wouldnt now when you turn the ignition on everthing turns on and of repeatedly and the injector relay and starter celeniod click and the truck will not start all it does is click what would that be did i loose my ecu

You have a few options. Call Hypertech and see if they can unlock it uver the phone. Have the truck towed to the dealer and reflash the computer. Or replace the PCM with a spair. The hardware is probably fine, just needs a program written to it.

Try reloading the stock programming back on to the truck. The Hypertech should have saved the stock tunes before it started writing the upgraded tunes. You may be able to do that. Worst case, pull the negative cable on the batteries and let it sit 30 minutes. Reconnect them and then try it.
