2001 f3500 od light flashing and audio beeps
2001 f350 started after it rained hard last week. dead battery first thing. od light flashing small audible beeping going on, no visual lights. fan on blower unit stays on unless turn it off. Horn starting going off then stops. unplugged the relay

Sounds like your GEM got wet. The windshield can leak and the water drips on it. It is located above the fuse box area.
