NEED Help!!! replaced glow plugs and relay and wont start

my truck was having toruble starting and my relay was shot so i replaced them. now i get no power to the glow plugs off the relay ( out to glow plugs) and all i hear is a tick tick tick tick tick noise when im in the cab where before you would have heard the relay click on and now it wont start im open to any and all support!


also whats the relay on the right for? it still works and i can force it to click ... the relay oin the left the one i just replaced when i jump the ground it wont click but the tick tick tick tick... noise goes away.

You Sure you've got the right relay? Could it be for a 24v application?

If you ground the small terminal that goes to the PCM (the one that Doesn't have 12v in it when disconnected) it should click & hold then supply the 12v to the plugs on the lg terminal. If not, and it IS the right relay, then I'd suspect the batteries/cables can't handle the GP load. Monitor the voltage while it's trying.

The other relay is for the AIH (a Rarely used heater in the intake you don't even need)
