Hard start sometimes, an runnin sluggish at low rpm

for the past month, truck struggles to start bout once a week u have to cycle the key 6-10 times an sometimes it might start for sec then die. once started everything is fine again for week or so. Problem is more frequent now an is very sluggish at low rpms an gradual inclines seems like something s holding it back unless u floor it.

To me as a somewhat mechanic seems like the feel pump is week an not suppling enuff fuel pressure??

btw has cold air intake, 4 exhaust, ts programer, 2 new red top optima batteries. As u turn up the programmer runs better at wide open throttle as normal but still very sluggish at low rpm at any setting
