crank, No start... 99 psd
alright i have a E99 powerstroke. i was driving and it stalled and wouldnt start up again.. i have replaced the glow plug relay, new fuel filter, oil is fine, starter is new, batterys are fine i just dont know what else to do? WTS light comes on, so i know its not anything to do with the pcm. any help?
