Speedo not working
I have an early 99 F350 4x4 7.3 auto. My speedo hardly ever works. I have replaced the sensor on the rear diff. I cleaned it very good with a wire brush so there is no rust under the new sensor. The wires that plug into the sensor look good. The cruise control works fine. The trans seems to be shifting fine.
I have a diablo handheld programmer for it. It always displays the correct speed on the programmer while driving. The trans sensors both seem to be reading fine.
I have tried swapping the instrument cluster from my 5.4 F250 but also get no speedo reading.
Anything else I can try?
