NO Giddy Up

I have a 2000 EX that drives well , starts right up , idles perfect . It is throwing no codes . The problem is no get and go . The boost is there , the fuel pressure is there , we checked the turbo , we dropped the fuel tank to check for clogs . We cant seem to pinpoint a problem . We are thinking it could be the torque converter isnt locking up or something , the tranny shifts fine though . We added a Dp tuner , has 4 in exhaust , sounds good , but when you put it in gear it just doesnt step out like it should .

Oil pressure is average , compression is good also . It just runs flat , when at higher speeds it has decent pickup , but from the take off it is just Sloooooow . I can't tow with it , which is main reason I bought it . But once up at highway speeds it runs decent and can pass someone if needed .

Definitely sounds like a transmission issue the way you describe it.
