Water leak??? need some help please.....

O.K. my son noticed a leak under my truck so I checked it out and found that when the truck is running its looks to be coming out from behind the harmonic balancer What could this be??? its not anti freeze green but it feels like it (slimy) and my coolant jug is a lil low.. please help.....

Find for sure where it's coming from. Then go from there.
If it is the water pump, I'd put a new pump on. While doing so, I'd put on a dual alternator upper rad hose, billet thermo housing, flush the system with Cat EC-1 rated ELC, and maybe even a coolant filter.

how can i tell for sure? its coming out from the what looks like the top/side of the harmonic balancer towards the driver side

Wash it really really good and then get in there and look carefully where it starts.
