brake problem?

every once in a while, When go to step on the brakes, the pedel barly moves and you have to really stand on it to stop. It has been happening more often now. Alot of the times it acts normal. Vac pump?

abs working ?

recently got brakes changed and new brake fluid?

might be air in the system, vac pump yes, how are your roters and brake pads

not enough vacuum to the booster, yes probably vacuum pump

I thought the brake booster worked off the power steering pump?

it does 99-03 , hes asking about a 96 model
