truck shuddering/surging

ok guys not sure where to put this so I just posted it here. My e99 f250 is surging or bucking when i take the o/d off around 60mph with cruise set. It goes away as soon as i give it more throttle or put it back in o/d. It also does this thought not as bad when I am on the interstate running around 78-80mph. Any ideas. I was thinking maybe the u-joints. Dont know for sure though because the turbo sounds like it is surging when it does this.

Bumpin this. Just wondering you ever solved this issue. Seems very similar ot the problem with a dually I'm thinking of buying, of which i started a thread about today.
