Front Rotor Q's

OK, on my new (to me) '00 F350 4x4 dually. I have pulled the front brakes as it is pulling and vibrating. I have new pads, fixing a stuck slider, and had planned to turn the rotors. But, I found that the rotors are not the same. One is a 1 piece with straight vanes. The other is a 2 piece with angled vanes. As long as they are in spec, I'm not worried about them being slightly different, but they are both quite rusted inside the vanes and on the tabs where the 2 piece is bolted together. Should I be worried about this? I'm trying to build a safe, reliable tow vehicle.
