passenger air bag

this might not be posted in the right forum but i will try anyway. i have a 99 f350 and since i bought it i have had a warning chime. i have looked and looked for it and today i found out that it is related to the pass air bag. when the key switch to turn the pass airbag on/off is unpluged from the back the chime stops. i also found today that the airbag warning light in the gauge cluster was burnt out.also the light on the airbag key switch doesn't light up when in the off position. when i replaced the bulb in the gauge cluster , pluged the key switch back in. then air bag light in the gauge cluster started flashing and the chimes started again.i dont have the owners manual so i have no idea where any of the fuse or relays are located. i dont want to go and replace the key switch just yet, no return on electrical parts, so does anybody have any ideas?thanks for any help
