Don't have power to my fuel pump
I have replaced my fuel pump, checked all my fuses, all the relays (that I know of). And still no power. I can hook up a batterie to the fuel pump and the pickup runs just fine, then I take the batterie off and I lose fuel pressure. For some reason I'm not getting power to the pump. Its a E99. I don't have a owners manual so I printed a fuse diagram off, its for a late 99 so I'm not sure if all the fuses are the same. any help is greatly appreciated.

Might have some answers here in this recent thread -> 99 f350 died
Inertia sw might be tripped, start there. You know, when the truck's not running, the PCM stops sending power to the pump after about 15sec (for fire protection, post accident safety). So be sure you aren't waiting too long to check for power. |
