99F350 7.3 not running on all cylenders

First timer, hope you guys can help. Replaced all glow plugs,valve cover gaskets and wire harness. Now only running on 2,4,6,7,8. Replaced cam sensor,map sensor,fuel filter,oil change,and 1,3,5,7 fuel injectors. Ohmed wires to injectors. Voltage at these injectors starts out at 11DCV then a puff of black smoke then DCV drops to 1.6 then 0. Could it be my pcm? Please help running out of money and time.

You need to check for codes . I would think you have IDM codes.

If you replaced both UVCH already, I would bet your IDM is bad. Time to locate, or even better, invest in a good scanner. I recommend Auto Enginuity w/ Ford Support Pack, extremely useful tool!

Had the codes read by Ford once, thats what lead me though what you see. Yes I will invest in that scanner after Snowmobiling season! Running out of cash till new year. Thanks for help that was fast!! Ordered a IDM today. Will let you guys know how it turns out. Hay do you guys know if it is just a plug and play or does something need to be reprogramed? Thanks again for your help. Will be at this forum again lots of good info.
