2000 f250 rough idle

2000 f250 7.3 240k miles
oil changed
fuel filter changed
crank sensor changed
new air filter
muffler delete
truck runs great just a little choppy idle i have ran a bottle of diesel kleen through it and no change. i also med sure the plugs on the top of the value covers were pluged in good and checked the ipc sensor. i give up any help?

there are no codes i checked . it sounds like its got a cam

any smoke,or knock sound,does it just do it at idle,when hot or cold or both

had truck scanned today i needs #5 and #8 injector

replaced both injectors and now had it put on the computer and it says #8 again

has and compresson test been peformed,number 8 is usually the first to show signs of drit injestion
