03 a/c blowing hot

i think i posted this in the wrong place last time
i have an 03 7.3 and it is blowing hot air when the a/c is on
i had the system apart when i replaced the motor and now have it back together . the ac did not work before motor replacment.
i had to replace the clutch and it is working now stays on all the time
i have put 3 12oz cans of freon in it and it is not getting cold. the lines are not getting cold
i have tried everthing that i know including checking the blend door ac and it is working correct.
any other ideas something that i could try
