Starting problems and more!

When i first start my truck in the morning it struggles to idle and sounds like it isnt hitting on all 8 cylinders, it was worse then i changed the fuel filter and it almost cured it. It will miss for a bout 5 - 10 seconds. What do you think? Glow plugs? I am new to diesal so i am in the dark. My 2nd problem is my doors dont like to lock, i read a post on here about acutuators? Please tell me how to fix it. And last and most recent when i start my truck my blower wont run at all with it on max a/c, and maybe 5-10 miles it will start to work, and last nite it would only blow air out on reg a/c but the blower would barely blow out and it was set on highest blower speed? Switch, relay? My truck is 2001 CC SB Auto w/ the 7.3L

Door Lock actuators

There you go, a link to the actuators repair, hope that helps you out.

Sometimes the heater/air is affected by a vacume leak, but if the blower itself is not working properly, then you may be right and have a problem with the switch, or the blower itself. Sounds to me like you have a bit of an air leak into the fuel system, or a drain down problem overnight, air will cause it to run lousy for the first little while until it is run out of the system. But I am not a tech, so don't take that as gospel, just my thoughts on the problem.
