when doing this mod make sure their are no distractions ex: brothers who interrupt and want to carry on a conversation and want to know what you are doing while trying to cut out fiberglass.

Ouch! It's kinda hard to tell from the picture, I assume it must leak now. Man that sucks. You need to get your brother to pay for a new one.

Dang dude... that stinks! I did mine a couple weekends ago... didn't turn out quite how I wanted it, but it was a rush job

That really sucks, but i screwed up really bad on waterpump job when i smashed it up against a 600 hundred dollor radiator. I know your pain.
