No cold start EOT replaced code P0198

The other day I replaced my my EOT and filled up the HPOP. The truck started great cold. Fast idle, nice puff of gray smoke etc... Now I am back to where I was. No cold start. code PO198 High circuit. Is this indicative of a bad PCM or a bad EOT harness? I already replaced the 8 GP's and the GPCM. 2002 Ex 7.3 Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.

My code table says;

P0198 Engine oil temp. sensor circuit high input Open circuit, biased sensor, PCM, short to 5v

Maybe start with the length of wire & connector?
