01 f350 Problems starting here and there (VIDEO)

If anyone can put in their opinion on whats happening here it'll be greatly appreciated. She just rolled over to 170k, never gave me problems but every now and then it would make a "ticking" sound before I would start her up

Sounds like your fuel pump is shot. I could be wrong tho.

Is there fuel in the fuel bowl?

Have U tried to figure out 'where' the noise is coming from?
Does it keep doing it after it starts?
Does it still start?
Is the video with it 'cold' or has it been driven?

When the vid was shot is was about 85 degrees out, Im down in FL. the gas tank was about halfway full, the noise came from this little box thing id tap it and the ticking sound would make a different beat, couldnt recognize what it was. It still starts after a hard fight, its been fine these past days, but comes up every now and then. It was drive about an hour ago, parked, and i came back out maybe 2 hours later to head somewhere and this happened.

Someone on youtube mentioned "fuse number 30" that sounds right
