Shaking in 4th gear

E99, 260000 mi., auto
Truck shakes once torque converter locks up. I have to get on it or let off for it to go away. It happens at around 55-60 mph.
Any ideas what can be causing this?

Hi, I had an 03 7.3 and it did the same thing, i would have to push the throttle and it would go away, first i was told by ford it was the torque converter, after a few months 2 injectors got replaced and the problem went away so if your injectors are good it should be the torque converter...

Tranny and internals are rebuild and new. It has original injectors, I'm leaning towards that then.
