No start, Need Help!
99 f350; has been running bad for quite sometime now. Started with hard start in mornings. I changed glow plugs and relay, didn't help. Seemed like it would lose its prime overnight. Found a leak on passenger side return line. So I installed steel braided return line kit with fuel pressure regulator. That help some but still did not fix. Next I bought Auto Enginuity. Lots of codes came up. Cleared codes and the constant was the IDM. Replaced the IDM, ran AE again came up with ICP. Replaced ICP. Truck was starting now in the mornings, but only if plugged in overnight. Run real rough like it has air in it, when it finally clears up, it seems like it is overfueled lots of blue smoke. Finally it left me stranded. All signs of CPS. Changed CPS, with no luck. All fuses are good, batterys are new, checked harness's and connections, AE only shows exhaust back pressure, which is just lose on the turbo. I have rmp needle movement, oil pressure, if you bottle feed the intake it will sputter. AE shows HPOP pressure. Cylinder contribution shows open high side on 3 and five. Intake tube has oil residue. Could injector o-rings be at the heart of my problem? If so why the sputter with damp rag with gas on intake. Need some advice please.
