Banks Big Head Wastegate Actuator/NEED HELP ASAP!!!!

i got the Banks Big Head for my Bday. This is turning out to be the worst BDAY ever. I am never going to do anything else to this truck again. The damn butterfly valve or whatever the damn rod slides down is jammed backwards and i can't get it to move back into position so i can put the rod on it. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I am still in shock. I made this post after trying to get that damn valve to move for 20-30 minutes. I had tapped it with a screw driver, tried pushing it back with all my might and nothing would move that damn valve. I made this post went back out there touched it and it moved so easily the only explanation i have is something else helped me move it. My dad was just talking about pulling the entire thing apart to unjam it (which i imagine is taking the turbo off) Then everything went together so easily, the C-Clip got it on first try, the nuts all went on first try and were so easy to tighten up unlike taking them off. I can't believe it still.

Yeah i am glad i got it done. I was moving it the right direction and it just wouldn't go back so i could get the rod on it, even used the old actuator to pull on it, wouldn't move.
