WOT hesitates lacking power.

I have and 03 7.3 with the 4r100, exhaust, and a superchip. at 3/4 throttle it runs great good power, but at full throttle the power drops off and it revs way up. I have tried unplugging the red line to the wastgate but still the the same thing, I have recently changed the ff and air filter and icp sensor.

Could it be your trans slipping?

I thought it might be but wasnt sure. It also might be this crappy chip, im hoping to get a dp tuner here soon and hope that fixes the problem.

If that trans is bone stock, and the truck is chipped then that could def be your trans slipping. I would pull the chip out and see how it acts and go from there. Good luck, I've never had a auto before but I know they don't like it when you start adding power to these trucks and not beefing up the trans.
