Banging under floor when braking (already changed swaybar bushings)

I have had a clunk noise like others on here in my front end that I can feel in my floor board. I changed sway bar end links and sway bar bushings on axle. The clunking went away while driving but when I brake I hear a "clunk" under floor board just one time until I apply brakes again, then it does it again.
Any suggestions?
