Woooooohoooooooooooooo

Picked my truck up from the shop today and this thing runs like a brand new truck. I told the mechanic that the cps and the idm had been changed and was still runnin like sh1t. He called and said come pick it up was finished. A wire on the main wiring harness had gotten fraid and was causing it to short out. $226 to real mechanic vs. $2500 to a parts changer hmmmmmmm. Anyway I finally got my truck back and I'm happy as a pig in well you get the picture. And with the modded IDM this thing runs like a scalded dawg, thanks Chris.

The only problem now is (which is really a problem) my EGT's are up by about 50* due to the modded IDM I think. Of course summer is here now so maybe that has something to do with it. Yes I said summer I'm in the very bottom so its hot here already, looks like this is gonna be one hot summer.
On another note, when I put the AFE on my smoke (from the Hypertech) cleared up, now when I get on it it blows a big cloud and keeps blowing smoke even after the turbo lights. I know it runs better than before it started acting up. I even think it idles smother. My dad even made a comment about the idle sounded different.

Actually it came from a member on here who got it from ATS. Now that I have a stock one and a modded one I was thinking about opening them up and see where the resistor goes and maybe modding a few for sale.
