all of a sudden

i have a 2003 sd 7.3L with DIY intake, pre-pump filter, 4" exaust and gauges, hypertech e-con. the problem that just happened today was i was pulling onto the highway, put my foot into it, and it would not spool up, was missing real bad and shifting funny. it idles fine and runs fine until you start to boost and then acts like it's shutting down and starts running rough for a minute. got p1211 & p1249 codes. the hypertech has been in for about a month, has been running great. i did some research on this site and came to the conclusion that it was the hypertech, returned the program back to stock and the problems went away. contacted hypertech and they said it wasn't there programer, it was my truck. never had this problem before.

what is you guys take on all this? thanks
