Horn stuck on/ABS pump clicking

I have a 2001 F250 and today I got a call while at work from the girlfriend saying the horn on the truck started going off while it was parked in the driveway and it went off when she opened up the drivers door. She said it went off and was going off constant until she opened up the door. I get home and the horn fuse is popped, and I hear a clicking noise in the engine bay. The clicking noise is coming from directly behind the drivers side headlight. I put my hand on the ABS pump and that's where the noise is coming from. It clicks once about every 3 to 5 seconds. Any idea of where I should start ? I looked around and checked for signs of an aftermarket alarm as I have only had the truck for about a month, but did not see anything. Also clicking noise stopped when I turned the ignition.

It was raining all day yesterday which made me think maybe the windshield is leaking. I have only had the truck for a month and it seems that the windshield is new. Thinking of getting the windshield re-sealed. Anyone else with similar issues. I checked all under the dash and didn't find any obvious signs of water.

I have the same year truck and I had the exact same thing happen to me last night except I didn't notice anything clicking with the ABS.
I found this post but it never did have a final diagnosis posted to it.

Does anybody have an answer to what the actual cause was for this problem?

Of course it is not doing it anymore. I will probably change the relay anyway but I would hate to have a false sense of security and have it happen in the middle of the night again when I am not home to stop it.

Any further information would be appreciated.

Thanks
