trouble codes not sure????

have a 99 f350 sct tuner 5in exhaust cold air... lately have noticed my gas mileage steadily decreasing with every tank as well as egts have been noticeably higher. when truck is held at wot for more than 10-15 seconds check engine light comes on and my sct is giving me these codes p0238,p1249,p1670,p0344,p0470,p1211. any ideas on what i should beging looking at or neone with similar issues??? thanks

p1249 - Waste Gate Control Solenoid
p1670 - IDM Electronic Feedback
p0344 - CMP/SYNC Counts
p0470 - EBP Sensor Circuit Malfunction
p1211 - ICP Pressure Is Above/Below Desired, Faulty IPR Valve

so now that i have the codes what do u think would be the thing to check first... still learning my way around these powerstrokes n not sure what to begin lookin at... thanks for the codes btw

i have a 2000 7.3 exhaust and k&n filter. when truck is movin around 55mph around 1500-1800 rpm it has a jerk to it, if i get on into the throttle it goes away, no check engine light but i have a stored code of p1670 which is error in com. between idm and pcm. anyone have any ideas?!?!?
