Is my edge working?

I bought a truck a few months ago and was lied to about the fuel mileage the vehicle got which upset me.

but i dont know for sure if the programmer is even working. I have attitude with juice and for the life of me can get it to roll coal.

how can i check to see if its working right and get some better mileage
