HELP idm problems?

I have a 2000 f550 . truck has code p1271,p1274 runs but smokes and dies . ordered idm from auto computer exchange and installed one idm and truck is missin and automaticly throws code p1293 and very hard to start , thought it was bad so had them send me another one and same thing so i put old one back on and old cides came back up and smokin and dyeing again but easy to start and get full throttle out of where i could not with two new boxes, any help would be much appreciated. thanks chris
