possessed door locks - help

so my f250 crew cab has this terrible problem with the door locks. At first it had something to do with the power seat being used. most of the time when you would use the power seat it would blow a 10amp fuse and the dash would quit along with the door locks going crazy up and down up and down untill you turned off the truck. Turn the truck back on and the locks would continue up and down up and down. After cycling the ignition a few times they would stop. Now without using the power seat every once in a while the fuse gets blown and everything happens all over again. I have went through about 15 fuses and im tired of the problem. Anyone ever have this happen? what should i do to try and fix it? i thought about unplugging the seat for starters...
Thank you
