I just got a new DP-Tuner f8 with the rotary switch I put it on 2 days ago, drove a thousand miles with it and all of a sudden it stops working an the truck is stuck in stock tune, the pcm box is loose so i dont know if that could be the problem but a little help on how to fix it would be appreciated

i would try pulling it loose again and recleaning contacts lightly and then tighten everything down , might have wiggled loose but usually a bad contact equals no start
Sold 01 350 6" on 37's and mild mods, 00 X 4" on 35's, 02 f350 4" 35's molded from fan to drive shaft, ridin the 03 with nose conversion with 125k and counting upwards slowly.
Never had CNC on any of it, never will.
Take 3/4 of the info and recommendations on here with a grain of salt
