check engine light

i just put on a 8 postition chip on there and took the banks 120 hp chip off. the whole truck came with the big hoss package. when i turn the chip up and rhomp on it the check engine light comes on. and i can cycle the key 3 times and it goes off. is that an over boost code? i dont have a scanner to check it out. i was told a boost fooler would clear that code if thats what it is. where do i get one of those.
