Where can I get a PCM?

For anyone that has been following the previous thread I started about my cold starting problems, I know now that it is in fact a bad PCM. A new factory is around $700, does anyone know where I can find one a little cheaper and does it have to be programmed to my truck? I hate to cut corners, but don't have the extra cash right now just trying to save a little money.
