Miss until hot, Sticktion???

I have a 2003 F350 with the 7.3 bone stock at this point with 216K on the clock. It starts easily but has a miss and little rough idle. It stays this way even after it's hot until I shut it down for a few minutes. When restarted hot the miss is gone and it runs smooth with tons of power. Does this sound like a sticktion problem or something else? I am thinking about trying some RevX or HSS. Any thoughts from the pros would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Dont add things to the oil. I would try some 2-stroke oil in the fuel, start with
12-oz to the tank and see if that helps. Try the TWC3 (or is it TCW3) ashless
stuff. Walmart has it cheap by the gallon. With all of the things that the oil
does in these engines I dont believe it is safe to pt in additives.

Probably the dry fuel catching up with you.

6.0s have stiction. You can try the RevX since it's about the only thing that seems to work so far. But I would try fuel additives first.
